Feedback and form review

Through video submission, you have the opportunity to have me review your work and provide feedback as well as valuable insights via WhatsApp or Telegram.

Support

When we’re working on improving ourselves in any way it’s important to have the right support. My goal as a coach isn’t just to provide exercises and prescribe sets and reps. Supporting those I work with as much as I can with the mental and emotional aspects that are undoubtedly involved in our training is a huge component of the work that I do.

How it works.

  • A Zoom consult call gives us the opportunity connect and chat about your goals, training history and aspirations.

  • A full assessment of your current capacities to establish areas we’ll focus on to help you achieve your goals.

  • I then use this information to create a custom program especially for you.

  • Guidance and support via WhatsApp or Telegram throughout the phase.

  • Catch up calls on Zoom to review the phase as plan our next steps are every 6 weeks.

  • Price: $230 per month with a 3 month commitment.

1-1 Zoom Sessions

Nothing is more direct that having your teacher’s eyes on you while you’re performing each drill.

Weekly zoom sessions are the closest thing to in person work and my clients have seen remarkable progress with these.

$50 per session for one session per week or $300 per month for 2 sessions per week. One month commitment applies.
